How are the Celebration Sets delivered?

Our selection is divided into Gifting offers that are gift wrapped, ready for the recipient, and Celebration packs that are designed to be received prior to and event and used to celebrate.

As such, items in the Celebration packs are not gift wrapped, and do not include a gift card. They are designed to be unpacked in preparation for your party.

How are the personalised Minis delivered?

The personalised Moët Minis are designed to be used as part of an event and are not gift wrapped and do not include a gift card. They do include a gold sipper per mini for enjoyment at your event. They are designed to be unpacked in preparation for your party.

How does the Moët & Chandon bottle personalization work?

Our team of professionals will personalize your bottle of Moët & Chandon Champagne, making a thoughtful gift even more special.

Your personalised Moët & Chandon bottle will be printed with the message exactly as entered in the text box so please carefully check all details are correct prior to adding to cart.

Once the order is placed, it cannot be cancelled and there can be no changes to the personalization message included for the bottle.  Moët Hennessy cannot be held responsible for spelling errors made during the order process. The picture generated on the product page is for display purposes only and the final result may differ from the generated picture.

Please note, we reserve the right to censor messages that are profane or insulting and due to strict alcohol marketing regulations, we cannot print labels that reference excessive drinking or medicinal benefits.

 

What will my personalized bottle arrive in?

A single, personalized bottle will be wrapped in Moët & Chandon tissue paper, with a brand seal sticker and ribbon. Your personalized bottle will be delivered in sustainable outer packaging. Bottles are delivered without giftbox unless expressly stated.

How is the outer packaging sustainable?

Single personalized bottles will be delivered in an innovative roller package that is an eco-friendly, recyclable option with no plastic. Your package may also be wrapped in a bio-degradable bubble wrap alternative, made with 100% recyclable kraft paper or compost compatible air cushions. Moët & Chandon encourages you to recycle your other packaging.

What is Moët & Chandon's commitment to the environment?

Moët & Chandon owns some of the largest and most exceptional plots in Champange, and with this comes great responsibility. Today more than ever, we are watching nature closely, observing soil life carefully and listening to learn better, all to preserve and maintain the health of the Champange terrier. Moët & Chandon is currently 98% herbicide free and is committed to reach 100% in the short term.

While our commitment to sustainable viticulture dates back nearly two decades, the House was ISO-14001- certified for all its sites and activities, and all its vinewards have been doubly certified since 2014.

How long will my celebration set take to arrive?

Shipping times may vary. For estimated shipping times please see Shipping Returns.  

 

Whose details should I put in the delivery & contact section? 

Please put the recipient's name, address and mobile number as the ‘Shipping Address’ in the delivery section.  

Please note, the email address will receive a confirmation email of your order, so if this is a surprise gift, make sure you put your own. 

Please note; the intended recipient or someone over 18 must be at the delivery address to receive the package. The package cannot be left unattended.  

I do not have a physical home or work address; can I order a personalised bottle?

Unfortunately, we require a physical home or work address to deliver the celebration sets. Purchasers must provide a physical address and not a PO Box.

What if I’m, or my recipient, is not home for the delivery?

Can I return my personalised bottle in my Celebration set?

You may not cancel an order for personalised products. However, we do provide refunds or exchanges where personalised products supplied are not of satisfactory quality or fit for purpose. If you have received a personalised product that is not of satisfactory quality or fit for purpose, please contact us.

During peak times e.g. Christmas, we have extended delivery dates for personalised products if you require your personalised product urgently, please call our Customer Care Advisors to discuss your requirements.

The Promo Code I have isn’t working?

At any time, Moët Hennessy reserves the right to de-activate a promo code provided as they see fit, even within the stated applicable period offered.

Do you price match?

We believe our personalised bottles of Moët & Chandon, and curated celebration packs are beautiful, elevated and unique, truly designed to Share the Magic of Champagne with the World.

As such we will not price match to any comparable product. 

I’m interested in enquiring about the Moët Champagne Concierge Party Package. What’s involved?

Excellent choice! The Moët Champagne Concierge Party Package ‘takes the cake’ in Moët Birthday celebrations. To request & plan your concierge, we require a minimum of 6 weeks notice of your event date, and the service is limited to 30km radius of Australian CBDs.
