DELIVERY
In order to comply with liquor laws an adult over the age of 18 years must be present to accept the delivery and may be required to present appropriate identification. Should you not be home when delivery is attempted, Australia Post will leave you a notice detailing how you can obtain delivery of your Moet & Chandon purchase.
BOTTLE PERSONALISATION

Please note: Our team of professionals will personalize your bottle of Moët & Chandon Champagne as per your design. making a thoughtful gift even more special. It will be dispatched from our fulfilment centre in 3-5 business days for standard bottles and 7-10 days for 24 x Minis.
Your personalised Moët & Chandon bottle will be printed with the message exactly as entered in the text box so please carefully check all details are correct prior to adding to cart.
Once the order is placed, it cannot be cancelled and there can be no changes to the personalization message included for the bottle. Moët Hennessy cannot be held responsible for spelling errors made during the order process. The picture generated on the product page is for display purposes only and the final result may differ from the generated picture.
Please note, we reserve the right to censor messages that are profane or insulting and due to strict alcohol marketing regulations, we cannot print personalization that references excessive drinking or medicinal benefits.

Below shipping timeframes are guidance only. Once goods are in the hands of our courier partners shipment is subject to their network. Moet Hennessy cannot take any responsibility for a late or missed delivery.

TRACK YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been shipped and is on its way, you'll receive an email with tracking information so you can check on the status of your order.
DAMAGED IN TRANSIT GUARANTEE
In the event you receive goods that are damaged or faulty, please contact us and we will refund the value of the damaged goods. We reserve the right to require proof that the goods were damaged or faulty.

RETURNS
We do not accept returns on items due to a change of mind.
GIFTING
Please ensure you enter the address of your recipient in the ‘Shipping Address’ field in check-out and that your recipient is at home to receive.
CAN I SHIP TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?
You may only ship to one address per order. If your order contains gifts or items that require shipping to multiple locations, you will need to place separate orders for each address.
